Was concernced as im a heavier guy, but overall the mattress has been supportive and comfortable, get some of my best sleep in my life..or least that i remember. The frame I got with them doesn't seem to be the quality i need so have found a new one from Ikea, but customer service was really super helpful with me when I had to make a return.

Bought 3 twins for my children, the beds came fast and they seem to love them, sure are comfy to sit on. Some of the boxes came beat up and called customer service because we were concernced they could be dirty and the support phone number worked right away and they were really helpful..So much we decided to order ourselves a new bed but upgrade to their premier version.

The mattress is very comfortable! Customer Service was very nice to talk with and they replaced one of my pillows very quickly!

An excellent mattress. Supportive, but not hard or unforgiving. Super easy to unpack and air out. It is quite heavy, so make sure you have someone to help you. I also want to applaud Nectar's amazing customer service and quick delivery. I know other had issues with waiting for delivery, but mine came in about 5 days.

The customer service representatives were very helpful and understanding. The pick up date was within a week of my call. I received e-mails of the progress of the scheduled pick up. I also received instructions of the date and time range of the scheduled pick up and how I would be notified. It was an extremely easy process and very pleasant.
