However, this past time they were at our home, the gutters were not blown out in the corners of the back of the home - below the sky lights. They were also not blown out in the corner of the front of the home under the second story round window. Unfortunately, we had 3 inches of rain that evening and it backed up. This is the first time this has happened since we signed on with you. Hopefully, this will not happen again.”
