“self employed plumber here, the NEG paid me 5 weeks late for one invoice that was £57 and then phoned me for a 2nd job a week later for a radiator repair I give them the benefit of the doubt and done the job, invoice come to £250 this was in October 2023 its now January 2024 and I have still not been paid
I knocked on the customers door today and took my radiator of the wall within 3 minutes and left his living room cold, customer was not very happy and I hate to do this but this company need teaching a lesson or even better closing down ASAP frauds”

We are revisiting the jobs at the moment and also talking to our MP about the disgusting way we have been treated by NEG. Our invoices are over a year old. “This is a property repairs claims service. They offer a service providing whatever trade you need - unfortunately this company DOESN'T pay its
trade people. I am but a small company - semi retired, and can ill afford to
loose payment. Despite carrying out 2 jobs for them on an emergency basis,
have been unable to obtain payment. Promise of payment - yes, actual payment NO.
Very deceitful company, obviusly had I realized would never have done the work for them. Totally disgusted.”
