“Completed 2 jobs for this company in the fife area asked for the payment up front and they said they could not do this and was promised I would be paid within 14 days still not been paid and wish I had googled them prior to attending and saw the reviews. The company do not pay the contractors. Avoid this company and have them exhaust all avenues trying to get there work done and they will be under in no time as it’s insurance work.”

“self employed plumber here, the NEG paid me 5 weeks late for one invoice that was £57 and then phoned me for a 2nd job a week later for a radiator repair I give them the benefit of the doubt and done the job, invoice come to £250 this was in October 2023 its now January 2024 and I have still not been paid
I knocked on the customers door today and took my radiator of the wall within 3 minutes and left his living room cold, customer was not very happy and I hate to do this but this company need teaching a lesson or even better closing down ASAP frauds”

“Our Company have done 2 jobs for NEG. Policy holders are absolutely delighted with the works. We are revisiting the jobs at the moment and also talking to our MP about the disgusting way we have been treated by NEG. Our invoices are over a year old. Hopefully they will join ERG as rogue traders !!”
