Unfortunately, the shirt I wanted for him wasn't available in his size and I had to order something completely different. She kept in touch with me through emails, eleven in all, and was very kind in not charging me extra for the bigger size. I couldn't believe the customer service she gave. It was the end of the day and she made sure everything was in place. I was then emailed when the order was ready to be shipped. The customer service was amazing.
