“I would like to rate the 4 shirts that I bought for my boyfriend, but I have not received them yet and I ordered them on July 16. Therefore, I cannot rate the quality of the current products as I have not been able to see or feel them. However, my boyfriend has bought products from you and states that the quality is always good and the size selection for larger men is top notch. The only thing I am concerned with is the long wait/shipping time. I realize that some things are slowed down due to the coronavirus pandemic, but I haven't even received a further email until today. “The mug I wanted was out of stock, but Customer Service contacted me right away and gave me plenty of options. I decided on a different mug, it was sent, but USPS screwed up. Instead of leaving it at the next office (we are in CIVID mode, so our Admin rotates open offices. And, yes, USPS knows that!) Anyway, the gift was sent back to Nerd Kung Fu. Again, they immediately notified me and offered to reship it to wherever I want. These guys are awesome! I'm looking forward to getting the mug and delivering it in person... wearing a mask.
