“My 10-months old Nespresso Citiz broke down. My call to Nespresso (with the customer service person being pleasant and very helpful) resulted in the machine being picked up 2 days later and returned in one week in excellent working order. Both the pump and the control boards were replaced. What I have now is virtually a brand-new machine. Can't thank Nespresso enough. Excellent service beyond all expectations.”

“As a lover of coffee, I have had several machines at home over the years but every single one has been a huge disappointment, particularly on the milk frothing front. After being recommended to try the Nespresso Citiz and Milk, I took the plunge and ordered the Machine. From start to finish the customer service was excellent, including after sales with advice on how to make a great coffee literally a phone call away. Couldnt be happier with the service or the machine!”
