Refund - Difficult

Worst customer service ever. They send me a damaged/already returned vertuo, can't bring it in a shop for exchange or refund. Have to send it back by Purolator. What a waste of time.

The most infuriating part? Nespresso refused to replace the Vertuo with a more reliable Original machine or offer a refund because I didn’t purchase the machine directly from their store, even though they acknowledged the warranty was valid.

We had 3 Vertuo machines and I offered Nespresso to take them back for a fractional refund but they declined.

The company are refusing to give us a full, refund or to replace the machine with a new one despite the fact it is supposed to be guaranteed for a period of 3 years, this is clearly not being honoured.

There was no way in hell that was happening, so I opted to return the machine for a refund.

Bought a machine 8 weeks ago, broken, did online call and troubleshoot for over an hour, they said had to be sent off for a fault. Came back in post with no info- still doesn’t work- contacted them and they said call up and do the trouble shoot again. You must be joking!!! Refund me or send a new machine. Appalling. Many cheaper coffee machines which actually work are out there!

My advice, if you ever return anything, keep your return receipt, since they will not refund your money unless you call in to ask for it providing the tracking number.
