“The coffee is good (I only buy the espresso), but they have very deceptive business practices. They state free shipping on all orders over $50, but defaulted to "paid shipping" on a few of my orders. You have to be careful and override the "paid" shipping to "free" shipping or you will be charged. I was advised to change it to "no preference on my profile, but when I attempted that, it gave me errors. Very shady practices on Nespresso's part if you ask me”

“Tried to order online then order Descale kit I ordered 100 Capsules to no avail Tried to call waited 50 minutes listening to some inane “ music”. Sad to experience such dreadful non existent service. Having been a customer since the Company started!”

“The product is good, but god forbid if they mis-ship to you, they put you through intergation for 15 mins, than want to video call with you to show them what you said you received wrong as if they dont believe you. I have been ordering from them for months, never a complaint until this. They tried to text me link to do the video call and it never came through, I finally asked them can I just email you a picture, they said no.”

“I love my Nespresso but don’t order your machine directly from Nespresso. I did and paid $199. A friend bought hers at a different store and paid $125 and it included the frother. I’m mildly irritated.”

“The best customer service is in Meaisem mall in Dubai.. the guy there is very nice and helpful and make people like to buy always from Nespresso … I have tried to buy from MOE branch AND festival city center branch and didn’t like there attitudes but in Meaisem centre he was very nice,, so from now on will buy from him always…. I will ask him about his name when I go next time to be more clear..”
