About PILOT:

Having first opened it's doors in 1984 Pilot has been at the for front of men's and women's fashion in the Midlands.

The shop has occupied some of the most historical building in the centre of Leicester and it now resided in an old pharmacy on the High Street.
The mission of the shop through out the years has been to outfit the local population in hard to find forward thinking fashion and now the online store has taken this ethic to a wider audience worldwide.
Pilot the online store was established over ten years ago and in that time we have seen the website grow from a small site with a few brands on it to the multi branded store we have now.

“Ordered on a Friday at 18.30 payed 9quid next day delivery thinking shud get it Monday turned up Tuesday other than that pilots the 1 .”

“Easy to order and fast delivery. However, there were a couple of imperfections on the trainers and whilst I did not feel he need to return, it would be better if someone could check the product before sending.”

“The delivery people you use are garbage, lied about trying to deliver 1st time. The packaging could be much better, even though my package wasn't damaged, the box was really flimsy and it itself was damaged. I other than that quick delivery, product is the waviest jacket I've ever had in my life and I can't wait to drop some panties with it. It's lit.”

“Originally ordered and paid for 3 items which were to be gifts,received email to say one item not in stock now received a refund fairly quick delivery time 3 days normal time. Would buy again from this seller although disappointed that items were in stock when ordered.”

“I love my purchase, and the delivery was really quick and I received texts advising me of the time slot when the parcel was being delivered so cannot fault it. My only disappointment was the item that I didn't receive. After placing my order and making payment I received an e-mail a couple of days later saying there had been a 'problem'and the item wasn't available. An immediate refund for that item was issued so there was no problem there, but just very disappointed that their system is not up-to-date.”

“Great service & price. Delivery was excellent too considering I ordered on Boxing Day it was here 3 days later. Will definitely order from here again when the new Vivienne Westwood Spring/Summer comes in stock.”

“Very impressed on how they let you know excatly when your delivery will arrive and was told this information fairly soon after ordering the trainers. However when opened the shoebox, the white laces were absolutely trashed, dirty and the end clasps were worn.”

“Good products, good delivery times, good prices. Would have been five stars except for the fact that the delivery was charged where most companies nowadays do free delivery over £50 or £100 regardless of whether a product or products are on promotion. This could be improved.”

“Speedy service and quick delivery. Although, I'm returning the item, a Westwood shirt, as it is too small. I bought a large and your size guide says that is '50-52'. This would normally be adequate yet, I believe the item to be a very small large with no give in the fabric. Possibly your online description could have reflected this. I love the way you package your good, though. No bulky boxes and unnecessary waste. Very green.”

“Bought a pair of shoes from Netclothing.com and package arrived in five days. Shipping was fast just like the website had described it. I'm from San Francisco and I thought it was going to take a few weeks since I've never ordered shoes internationally before. I left one star out because they never responded to my emails. Other then that, the transaction was smooth. Will buy from them again.”

“The process of ordering and the speed in which everything went through was really good, until the delivery. I paid £7.95 for next day delivery because I wanted the garment on Saturday. At no point did it say that you don't deliver on a Saturday until everything went through and the despatch conformation came through. I still want the garment, but would have ordered the garment elsewhere with free delivery if i had known it would not be delivered on Saturday.”
