About PILOT:

Having first opened it's doors in 1984 Pilot has been at the for front of men's and women's fashion in the Midlands.

The shop has occupied some of the most historical building in the centre of Leicester and it now resided in an old pharmacy on the High Street.
The mission of the shop through out the years has been to outfit the local population in hard to find forward thinking fashion and now the online store has taken this ethic to a wider audience worldwide.
Pilot the online store was established over ten years ago and in that time we have seen the website grow from a small site with a few brands on it to the multi branded store we have now.

Why not DHL? Why do you use Royal mail? Royal mail is too slow. Please check World delivery!!

Paul smith polo has marks on it (top left shoulder) and is being returned along with other purchase as very disappointed. First and last purchase from pilot clothing.

Delivery was very poor. Used online facility for driver info which was completely ignored which meant my parcel was not delivered in time for occasion is was purchased for!

Bought a Replay tshirt online only to find a hole in it like someone had tried to rip the security tag off it. Going on holiday so don't have time to get a replacement - very poor.

Not so good. The exchange of my item was quick and easy to do. However, the replacement item came in a damaged shoe box. I was also charged shipping on the original order when when it said free shipping. No answer to my email.

Seemed to forget about/lose my order completely. I chased up after 2 1/2 weeks without hearing anything and they had to re-order. I wanted the shirt for a specific occasion but it wasn't delivered in time.

My order for a PS trainer arrived well in time. However it seems the product had been used as contained no tags and the packaging was removed and kept on side. I have seen the same shoe in store and my order is not of same standard so I am disappointed by the purchase. I guess that's the reason why they have it out on sale!!

ordered item which it said was in stock, paid for it. And received an email a couple of days later to say it was not in stock and the money would be refunded to the account. Very disappointing,

More choices could be made available, i,e. nike shoes/trainers also more companies are offering free delivery and free returns if possible, and competitive price matching or even offer the best price available in the u.k. will boost net clothing and because I feel prices are high at times, I tend to shop elsewhere more frequently, but if there are more competitive prices, more options and recognition of previous customer's purchases that will create a loyalty between net clothing, from a customer's overview.

My first order was fantastic but when trying to make my second and third it would take payment and I would sit back and await my parcel when it didnt arrive I would call to be spoken to by quite a rude gentleman who would say I emailed you to say its declined I would argue the fact I never got the email, then on all 3 occasions as soon as I put the phone down the email comes through.... Coincidental wouldnt you say. Overall customer service needs great improvement.
