About PILOT:

Having first opened it's doors in 1984 Pilot has been at the for front of men's and women's fashion in the Midlands.

The shop has occupied some of the most historical building in the centre of Leicester and it now resided in an old pharmacy on the High Street.
The mission of the shop through out the years has been to outfit the local population in hard to find forward thinking fashion and now the online store has taken this ethic to a wider audience worldwide.
Pilot the online store was established over ten years ago and in that time we have seen the website grow from a small site with a few brands on it to the multi branded store we have now.

I sent a return back as the T shirt arrived with holes in ,but the returns address is closed. No item no refund , no replies from emails nobody answers the phone line as its connected to the store that's closed THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM SELLING FAKE OR FAULTY GOODS. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Do not buy , they use a return address to the shop when it's no longer open. Had an item returned twice now because shop is closed down

Was sent a pair of swimshorts with a fault in the stitching around the pocket, emailed several times and got no reply, and no answer to the customer care line

I would not want to use this the order was not delivered paid more to get it quicker and stilll did not get it reached out for help and 2+ weeks later almost 10 emails dealing with complete idiots as they cannot even locate the order I have had to send multiple times copies of it I would n not ever put myself through the upset the stress and frustration of dealing with this company again not worth the effort and certainly the hassle so so bad

Don’t buy - delivery costs and return was £10 as you have to record so cost about £15 delivery . Would not buy from them again

I purchased a pair of Versace trainers, I ordered a pair of size 10 and was sent in a box of size 10 but inside of the box size 8.5. I contacted the customer service team and told me to send them back and give you a refund. did not even offer to check other pairs of trainers. I have still got the trainers not impressed with the treatment and service. very poor service I have received from Pilot. I was not expecting from a designer shop. I could have purchased from a competitor but I bought my business to pilot. I wish I did not. I don't think in the future I be buying from them.

Hi Imran Unfortunately on some styles from Versace Jeans Couture their internal label does not reflect the correct UK size conversion. We label them correct to UK size ignoring the incorrect internal label. We kindly asked you to return for a full refund including return costs. Sorry for any inconvenience caused. Kind regards Garth

I had to return, the website misleading stated the trousers I ordered got my husband were regular when in fact they were slim fit. So paid for postage and return and still have no trousers. Very annoying.

I received a note that the driver called when I was out so could not deliver. I was in all day to take delivery. Instead of re-delivering, I received an email to advise that the payment would be refunded. I did not want a refund, I wanted the item ordered.

Didn’t even receive the order, was delivered to the wrong address, a lady called Claire tried her best and is trying to resolve it but looks like I’ve lost out as they are denying liability. Been a customer for over 10 years, never happened before.

Ordered a coat in the sale, was so happy with the price etc. it was shipped with DPD, they attempted delivery whilst I was in work, no option of a pick up point, no option of leaving with neighbours just they’d attempt again the next day. That’s no good as I’m working again. Note through the door to say it’s a the depot. 40 mile round trip to find the depot doesn’t allow pick ups and the cost is being sent back to PILOT. Waste of time and DPD is not the delivery service you should use for us folk who work and are out

Awful service. Never received my parcel as courier left it outside and it was evidently stolen. Contacted PILOT to sort the issue and been ignored in numerous emails. Cannot find a contact number for them either. Will be taking this as far as possible to get my refund!

Hi Fahd Sorry for the service you have experienced. Unfortunately, we had to raise an investigation with DPD as driver procedures were not followed. This takes 6 days as advised. The outcome of the investigation was the driver had not followed the procedure leading to the loss of your parcel. Your refund was processed on the 29th of June. Please accept our sincere for this experience. We have raised this with our account manager at DPD to ensure this doesn't happen again. Kind regards Garth

In the day my order was supposed to arrive the company cancelled it stating they had no stock. A real let down
