“The package for the football goal I ordered arrived damaged by the courier with parts missing. The problem was resolved quickly and replacement parts are being sent out with a carry bag as a goodwill gesture. Hopefully they will arrive soon. Thanks so much Lisa!”

“A post for Lisa... Ordered a rugby tackle bag for my son at Christmas which arrived promptly but unfortunately also arrived damaged. These things do happen but what matters most is how a company responds and resolves matters. Lisa and Net World, first class for helping to keep my little boy happy at Christmas.”

“The customer service I received today over the phone was exceptional to say the least. I accidentally ordered two of the same product. Not only did they refund the extra item, they also refunded and honoured the 10% discount I missed by not entering the discount code on check out! They were quick, efficient and very helpful.
