“The equipment arrived damaged and then the replacement wasn't correct. I had to conjure up my own solution. Eventually got there, but I was told we'd get a discount off our next order, but never heard anything back.”

“I order a Vermont tennis court roller squeegee from Net World Sports. Great price and on time delivery. Custom support were good. I gave a 5 starts after I received the product on time. I tested squeegee it out today after rain on a tennis court. The squeegee did nothing, it did not absorb the water nor push the water. Very disappointed. Completely waste money.”

“Made purchase from .com site and my invoice did not state USD (ordered from Canada) and was charged exchange. Contacted customer care to see if they could credit or reimburse me the exchange amount but they refused to entertain the idea and were not at all understanding. I will no longer purchase from a company that refuses to work with its customers.”

“Net World Sports were good on delivery but sadly have really disappointed me with subsequent customer service. After only 13 months of use (and we live in a country where it hardly ever rains, so it hasn’t been exposed to English damp), the catching net we bought for my son for his birthday last year rusted away completely so that one of the corner pieces of the frame snapped, making the net unusable. I wrote an email with photos of the damage, asking for a refund, but was told that because my request fell outside of the 12 month warranty period, they would do nothing. I find it astonishing that they are content to let it be known that their products last such a short time. Please, go elsewhere to buy a net and wherever you go, check the warranty situation before you buy.”
