“I was looking to get an old S5 unlocked to use as a spare phone and gave NetPal a try after looking at a few options on Google. My phone was locked to EE, I filled in the online form, paid with PayPal and waited for the results. The site quoted 3 to 24hrs for an EE unlock but my order took a lot longer. I emailed to ask about the delay, and was answered quickly as to the reason. All in all mine took about 5 working days but when I received the code it worked first time. But for the unexpected delay, this would have earned 5 stars as ultimately the code worked. I would use NetPal again should the need arise once more.”

“Spot on, S9+ on EE unlocked within 24 hours. They said it would take 6 months before an unlock was accepted at EE. Netpal straight in no messing around! Fantastic!”

“After trying 3 other places to get my unlock code I tried net pal the process is so simple you need to make sure you input the correct details, the code isn't instant and you need to be prepared to wait a few days after I received my code phone unlocked top notch service”

“NetPal is truly a great service for all mobile phone users. I asked both EE and Sky for a 'SIM network unlock PIN' Which came up on screen as I wanted my new sky SIM in my old EE phone. Neither company's knew what I meant. Using the code from NetPal I can now use my phone. The code was emailed to me the next day and I was kept updated as to the progress of my purchase. I will be using and recommending NetPal for all mobile unlocks in the future! Many thanks!”

“Not so much a bad service. But the code supplied has not worked. Nor has the 3 other codes from different companies. And even from the phone supplier. So along with 2 other companies I have paid for nothing. I am now in contact with the manufacturer.”

“Dreadful service, threatened to block my handset because I wrote a negative review after they took my money and I heard nothing whatsoever for nearly a month. Very abusive email received too such as one which read “get bent muppet”! How they can treat customers like this I don’t know!”
