“Very doubtful it was going to work, however Huawei mate Pro 20 on Vodafone received code day and a half later worked first time. Now on bt sim no problems at the moment.”

“I called EE to unlock the phone. They took my details including IMEI, then told me they were too busy and to try calling back in a few hours. So went to NetPal and entered everything within a minute or so. NetPal cost a little more, but they did the job.”

“Fantastic company, will defo use again. Took 4daysto get the code but worked as I'd been warned to look out for scams I was worried but they kept me informed and upto date all the way through with emails to let me know what was going on. Very happy highly recommend Thank you”

“Felt it could have been a quicker service took about 4 days, but I was kept informed of each stage via email. Maybe would have been quicker if I hadn't sent off on a Friday evening. Code worked first time though.”
