“No communication between from anybody from day I signed my agreement I had to make all the phone calls to get updates”

“Took far to long to release the money to Maklin Motors which delayed me getting my car. The Finance was approved on the Friday , was due to pick the car up at 2pm on the following Tuesday but the money didn't transfer u til 4pm on the Wednesday”

“Spent so much time on the phone and credit trying to contact correct people... Been keeping on hold for so long and transfering over to so many people... seems like staff need training and more organisation. Quite high percentage but better than nothing.”
