“Delivery driver said he put a card through door when he tried to deliver at 06:30 am. Nothing left. Crazy time to deliver. Asked for delivery after 09:30 told not possible would have to courier goods so delivery now longer than stated.”

“Ordered a new bumper and mouldings for my 2005 Clio, arrived within 24 hrs, unfortunately the part was damaged. a quick phone call to New Vehicle Parts and the new bumper was personally delivered by the company, who drove from Darlington to Aberdeen overnight, and arrived at 7.30am the next morning. Best service ever, and amongst the cheapest on the web, Highly recommended A+++++”

“Picked up my new (to me) Audi A3 2009 and noticed that the grill was cracked. Damn it. Anyway. Did a search on the usual websites to try find a replacement. Was sceptical about the price but when it arrived, i found it was like for like. No drilling, no cutting. Old one out, new one in. Plus the new grill is S8 style which was cheaper than standard. Boom.”

“You should read your own emails if you did then it would be apparent that you did not supply me with the part I ordered.The wing mirror was damaged and you said it was the last one in stock,but I looked on ebay and amazon and you are still advertising the part as in stock and having at least four to order.Why did you not send one of these? If your have run out of the wingmirror you need to update ebay and amazon more quickly,instead of giving people false hope.”
