“Decided to purchase 2 new wing mirrors online as I found prices were cheaper than what local garages were quoting. I needed the replacements asap so I went with New Vehicle Parts Online purely because they advertised that they did next day delivery (The exact statement was "all orders placed before 5pm we aim to deliver next working day to UK Mainland addresses" along with an estimated delivery time advertised on the product page as the following day. As soon as I had placed the order I received an e-mail saying that they "aim to deliver within 3 working days but sometimes due to high order volume certain in sales periods please allow 4 days". I was left feeling very cheated as that was not what they had advertised. The delivery took 4 days and was very poorly packaged with no padding or protection inside the box and various large holes where the mirrors had obviously poked through whilst being thrown around, luckily the mirrors were not damaged but they easily could have been. I will not be ordering again due the false advertising of delivery times and lack of secure packaging.”

“Refused to take back damaged panel,requested to pay return postage after rejected discount from the seller. Cowing no money back because of the risk of negative feedback. Charge of blackmailing. No refund,no new panel - negative feedback fully deserved .”
