“my part was suppose to be delivered today but has not arrived”

Hello Alan, Thank you for your review, we have just looked in to your order and we think there is some confusion on the delivery date, as the order was placed after 5pm on Friday, this means it get processed on the next working day which is Monday unless it's an Bank Holiday Monday, then it would be processed on the Tuesday, ready to be delivered Next working Day, as per terms & conditions, so your order isn't late and is due to be delivered tomorrow. Hello, Sorry to hear your Item has failed to arrive, but after looking in to it at our end, we have found that this item was delivered on the 19th January 2015 at 12.16 via TNT Express which has been signed for.
