“FOUND OUT COULD OF GO THE SAME PART DELIVERED BY THE SAME PERSON IF I HAD BOUGHT THE PART FROM PRASCO. WHICH I THINK USED TO BE DIRECT AUTOMOTIVE WHICH I BELIEVE WE USED TO HAVE A TRADE A/C WITH!”

“Part received less than 24 hours after ordering. Very helpful, knowledgeable & friendly staff at other end of phone. Part 99% compatable with original, (just needed a 6mm hole drilling in plastic mounting point to locate one of the fixing bolts) Overall, VERY pleased, at about 30% of cost of Fiat original part!”

“The part came today (mon) and i ordered last friday - so that was brilliant service. The price was the best i could find for the part i needed. The delivery guy called me after it was delivered as i was on my lunch break at work so wasnt there to receive the part. Perfect service - thank you”

“The new part arrived on time but the delivery was unacceptable at 6.55 in the morning! I asked why he was delivering so early he said he had been up since 3 and I said "well I finished by shift at 3.00 this morning so not happy" No company would deliver a parcel before 7 in the morning.”

“Emailed the same day as delivery. Pleased with the wing mirror although a little awkward in the fitting. Very good value for money paid a third of what Ford garage quoted. Would order from New Vehicle Parts in the future if needed.”

“Good fast service ,product delivered in good time.Product looks OK not quite as good as original but quite satisfactory as a replacement. Minor gripe did not receive order confirmation until queried this by phone . telephone no appears to connect to different departments at different times. Overall a nice company to deal with !”
