“We ordered a part on Saturday, hoping it would arrive Tuesday as they suggested it may be. We were dubious because this part seemed to be out of stock and on back order everywhere, or we had to pay twice as much for it elsewhere. So we half expected an email to say we’d have to wait. No communication at all even though their confirmation email said we’d get a dispatch email. But it turned up Tuesday! So, very pleased we got it, but gave 4 stars only because no communication past the order confirmation, which isn’t a big deal but worth a mention. :)”

“Called to enquiry about the item I was looking to purchase. Woman on the end of the phone very polite and helpful. Yet to receive my item or an email confirmation regarding dispatch but it was ordered on Thursday so I appreciate it may not arrrive until Tuesday/Wednesday.”

“Purchase was easy, parts available and delivered as stated. However, I tried to submit a question on your website and it was bounced back as undeliverable. Is there a problem with this?? The mirror delivered has an indicator built in, the original did not. I was checking if it would fit or had to be swapped. The indicator was not mentioned at point of purchase.”

“To whom it may concern , Having attempted to purchase door mirrors for a Peugeot 106 1998 zest :-/side +o/side on eBay but could not locate part no for rhs, decided to phone company to make sure had both , only to be answered by someone PAUL who to be kind, was a disgusting individual who only wanted me to purchase through eBay or web site ,not through the company and was indeed the most rude person I have come across in my life ,And should be dismissed tot sweet !!!!!I also intend to discredit this company at every opportunity I get through Facebook,Twitter,and eBay Absolutely most disgusting co many I have come across in 55years in motor trade !!!!!”

“Found the part on the website, lots of information about ensuring it was the correct part, passenger side or drivers side part. The part was delivered within a few days although the e-mail did say you would receive another e-mail when part is dispatched. Very efficient, good value for money and very efficient delivery. Will use again.”

“I ordered a part from New Vehicle Parts which was needed to pass my car's MOT. New Vehicle Parts delivery was supposed to be next working day, however it took a week for the part to arrive, by which time it was too late and I had to make alternative arrangements.”

“I was not impressed with the lack of communication regarding my order as I did not get a reply to my 2 emails that I sent. I am, however, very impressed with the quality of the bumper that they sent me and I guess that is the most important thing. I would order from New Vehicle Parts again in the future.”

“first class service whichwas only brought down by Royalmail. I was up early only to find a card left by them and parcel returned to mail office. No knock at the door and no door bell rung. picked up myself this morning and item is first class. This was a very fast and efficient service, and I thank you for everything you have done. I will definately use your service again.”
