“I placed my order on a Tuesday morning and hadn't received it by Friday so I emailed to find out what was going on and they'd basically just forgotten to dispatch it. They dispatched it Friday with Royal Mail so I received it the following Monday. That's a ridiculously long wait when I'd paid £10 for next day delivery. I got a mediocre apology but no offer of a refund for postage.”
