“Ordering parts no problems, good quality and WELL Packed, lol. (you will see what I mean if you order from them!) Only the delivery co. caused a problem, we live on a farm and del.co. had problem delivering to us??? But a phone call to the parts co. soon sorted it, they emailed the delivery company that it hadnt been recieved, and suggested delivering to an alternative address we gave them, it arrived nxt day, really good service. Mike C.”

“I am happy with the quality of the glass mirror I bought. After having trawled the internet and local shops, New Vehicle Parts had the best price ever! There service was amazing and received my glass mirror within a couple of days. I will use them again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone!”

“Part delivered quickly and well packaged. As I hadn't received email to confirm dispatch I rang New Vehicle Parts. A very professional lady called Courtney immediately confirmed dispatch and sent me a tracking email. She was friendly and very helpful and I consider that the customer service department to be excellent. I would use this company again as prices are very competitive and it's a serious company.”

“Couldn’t fault any thing really quick delivery and we weren’t in so delivery driver phoned to say he would take back and try again next day but after I phoned he turned around and came back to deliver our parts couldn’t thank him enough would definitely buy from here again”

“It was written that it is a HELLA type headlights and they send me cheapest TYC (CHINA) headlamps, how i need to know that it is TYC Headlights? If they write Hella Type so why they do not write that TYC company makes them... There ia plenty others sellers who sell them cheaper. No company name when i bought them. I felt bit confused then i get box and its says TYC on a box which means that i overpaid a lot... If someone buys from here, try to get as much as you can info, otherwise they will send you cheapest...”
