“After a brief phone call to confirm suitability of the part(Kia electric o/s mirror) I ordered and paid online. All seemed to be ok, confirmation email etc, then a day later an email informing me my payment has been refunded. No communication as to why or if the part will be available. Disappointing!”

“Ordered a new headlight unit for my son's Ford Fiesta due to the old one being full of condensation after one of the rubber seals on the back disappeared. Unit arrived on time and well packaged, it was a doddle to fit. Great service.”
