“Superb service! The wing mirror is incredible quality at a bargain price. After having bad experiences with other companies sending absolute rubbish, my expectations were low, so I was delighted to receive a quality item which is identical to the Citroen original. The communication was excellent, letting me know the tracking info etc, and it arrived really quickly. Thanks very much for a refreshingly good service - I will use you again.”

“I purchased a pair of headlights, I decided not to change them myself, so I got a garage to fit them for me. The mechanic said to me when I went to collect the, that they were of excellent quality, when I told him how much I had paid he ask for the contact details for NVP, he said he pays a lot more at trade price from his supplier. So a big A++++ from me for quality and price to NVP. Andy O”

“Ordered via eBay! Chased a week after it was due only to be told courier must have lost it! No tracking number, no information. Terrible attitude and not interested in resolving! Got a refund although 2 weeks after it was ordered. Had an email to say he’s blocked my account from buying from him again!!!!! As if I would want to. Companies like his give eBay it’s poor reputation!”

“I ordered a part for my car so selected the part for cars up to 2012 as my car is 2011 but the part came and was incorrect.I was told by Paul Waugh that as the incorrect part was ordered i had to pay the return postage.I clearly didn't order the incorrect part which i explained to Paul as i ordered the part that related to the year of my vehicle but then got no reply.Hence i am returning the part at a cost to myself and sourced a replacement part from a different company.”

“Brilliant service the part I ordered came next day. Unfortunately the wing mirror cover for my old Vauxall cover was a little too small it clicked in perfectly at the top but would not meet underneath. I managed to tapen it together with red insulation tape, a sports stripe I say. Not bad for an 80 year old woman. Looks better than it did before so thank you.”
