“I ordered a bumper on Monday morning, it said next day delivery, I have my old bumper took off ready to put this one on as thought it would only be a day, it's now Wednesday I am unable to drive my car as bumper is off, I rang up they said it was only dispatched this morning.... And will be here next week,... To me that is not next day delivery, and means I also haven't a car until the part arrives, quite annoying!”

Hello Ivor - Colloywolly123@live.com April Fools but I think you needed to do this before 12pm? otherwise the joke is on you ;-) You appear to be un-verified in the system with a bogus email address, and we don't appear to have your email or name or order off of you in our system, also we don't appear to have taken any calls today from Ivor, Ivor -Bigun', Irov the engine or any other Ivor's (sorry if you're reading this and your name is Ivor) Happy April Fools day everyone...
