“Part came nice and fast as described but a mix up with the description on the box ment it was the wrong part after some dead end e mails back and forth rang them telling them the problem and the next day a van was sent and the parts swaped for the right one would defently use them again great service and nice product”

“The part fitted perfectly, it took a little longer than anticipated to arrive so much so that I was asked to review the service 24hrs before I had received the part. Can't fault the part/ cost.”

“I bought parts from New Vehicle parts and they were delivered within a couple of days, so delivery and everything was great. However 2 of the items I had ordered were wrong items due to my error. I returned these items 11 days ago using dpd next day delivery. I also have sent an e-mail at the beginning of the week asking for an update on my refund, to be replied 'with looking into it, will be in touch asap, personally I don't think they have started dealing with the refund, but I do believe 11 days is a very long time to wait. A 3/5”

“I ordered my parts and they were delivered promptly. Unfortunately two items were wrong for my vehicle, this was no problem. I returned the items and got a refund. The staff were very helpful especially the young lady who met me at reception in dealing with my issues. I will be using them again for my body panel needs.”

“Prompt delivery arrived the following morning, Disappointed in the bumper, Parts shown when you order from the Internet show various other parts in the picture but only the bumper arrived, why show other parts when you don't get them more so if you need them, parts only getting fitted next week.”

“I used your Company as it stated if you order before 1700 hours the item would be delivered the next day. I ordered the part on Thursday 24th August around 1530 hrs, I am still awaiting delivery. My car has now been off the road for 4 days whilst I am still awaiting delivery”
