“The delivery the next day, but when I realised I had used an old address thanks to paypal I emailed and despite the part being on the delivery van it was stopped and sent the following day at no extra cost. The cost was very reasonable (half of others on the internet) and the part was exactly to correct one. Some of the best service I have had in a long time. Highly recommend.”

“The delivery driver was outside my requested delivery address. And he has phoned me saying he was there but I wasn't home so I've asked him to drop it to my neighbour and he hasn't and now his phone is going straight to voicemail. It's shocking.”

“I went on the website for Skoda mirror parts, and you have sent the part shown in your picture for Skoda and it does _not_ fit my Skoda. I note it has a VW code but I presumed that indicated that there was a common fit with Skoda and VW as my Skoda has a lot of parts common to a VW Passat I am told.”
