“Although the wing mirror did not arrive in time specified , i received it 5 days later but that includes a weekend and label did say 24hr courier so maybe delivery company are to blame. I was happy part was as described and was cheaper than buying from garage so i will use again in future, thanks a lot. The garage also wanted £128 inc vat to fit just the mirror!”

“Very quick service. Part was slightly damage but they were in a sealed box so no one would have known. Not serious enough to return. Would certainly use again.”

“Prices great products great delivery not so great. On the sight it says you can get next day delivery which is why I purchased body parts from here but then when you check delivery section it says it takes upto 3 days and if it doesn't arrive then contact them after the 4th day. Apart from that I'm very happy with what I got”

Thank you for the review, and happy you are very pleased. We appear to have a slight glitch on some occasions some customers aren't getting to the thanks you page, after the payment is processed which triggers the confirmation email, everything else is working fine the orders are coming in for processing, then get dispatched on time. Our technical department are looking it to this, hopefully it will be resolved soon. If anyone experiences this, we would ask to do the following: orders before 5pm (next day delivery) if your order isn't with you the next day before 4pm Mon - Fri call us so we can give you an update. orders after 5pm & weekends (48 delivery) please allow 2 days for delivery up to 4pm then call us so we can give you an update. “I recently ordered a Skoda octavia Head Lamps .It arrived on time as quoted on the site. However the head lamp did not have the Octavia initial on the lamp. The Head lamp is good apart from the initial like the original I have for my left lamp.”
