“I do not like your return policy of store credit or exchange. Some of the dresses cost a lot of money and should be returned by form of payment. I will definitely hesitate by purchasing from your company again, as I now have a store credit and need to find something to buy.”

“This dress is beautiful and so flattering. The brand runs a little small, but if you check your measurements, they match the sizing exactly. I usually wear an 18–20, but my measurements matched a size 22, and it fit perfectly. The back is adjustable as well, so you could even go one size smaller and still be okay. Overall, I love this website — shipping was super fast. I ordered from Canada and received it in less than 5 days. The packaging was really nice too.”

“Although the prices for dresses here are expensive, I wouldn’t purchase formal dresses from anywhere else. All three of my daughter’s Prom dresses were purchased from here, it’s the unique style and excellent quality of the dresses that makes me return as a parent. Most importantly my daughters stand out among their other friends.”

“Dress did not work for me. I should’ve read the return policy prior to purchase. They only offer returns with Store credit which needs to be done within seven days would not recommend or order again.”

“Unfortunately this dress arrived a mess. Whoever shipped the dress had it all wrinkled and bunched up. I have been trying to process a return and that is a nightmare. Can not get a return lable and I think they do this on purpose to make it harder to return because you only have 7 days. I will never order from this site again”

“I received a damaged dress with snags on the chest and back. I have sent 2 emails despite being grieving for the loss of my mother unexpectedly which I have also noted in my email. The company has not responded to me at all. Their return policy is written in tiny print and you really have to search for it. I am extremely disappointed since they have not even acknowledged the receipt of my email.”

“This is the second dress I bought from New York dress…shipping is amazing with receiving both dresses within a matter of days. I wish the return policy was a little better… This second dress that I bought was on sale and I’m not a fan of it… I cannot return it for a credit because it was on sale… So I don’t know what I’m gonna do. But other than that, I definitely give New York dress a five star rating.”
