“It took a 1month of calling New York Dress and UPS. I had roughly 7 calls, numerous emails to insist with them that my dress was lost by UPS. Finally, yesterday someone from New York Dress off a replacement order for my wedding dress. What didn't customer service offer soomer”

“Better return policy please and reduce shipping for dresses. Purchased a sale dress because we need 4-8 gowns per year and occasionally we do not need the newer designs.”
