“My first order was lost and customer service was great with response time and reshipping another item. However, the replaced item came to me and I was not happy. Not the product itself, it was what/how the product came to me. It was a regular brown box with the NYD logo and there was not a dress bag. For the amount I paid for the dress, I would expect better.”

“This has been one of the most pleasant experiences I have had when ordering a dress for a special occasion. The customer service has been exceptional, and the exchange process which is usually daunting and requires so much work to exchange the clothing and get the right size has been the best experience I have ever had with a company.
