We do apologize, sometimes dresses do get sold out very quickly as stock is subject to change.

“I've been pleased with the service I've received. The original dress I ordered didn't work for me. I received a very timely response letting me know how to return the dress and receive a store credit so that I could order a different dress. I received a very prompt reply letting me know that the order for the new dress was placed.”
