“I stayed home all day to receive this package. I get a text message at 7.15pm to say we tried to deliver but you were not home. For a big company (FedEx) to lie like that is ridiculous. I have cameras around the house and I have a door bell. Unless I'm deaf or blind I don't think they ever showed up. The complaint line doesn't work, I need a picture of 'where the we missed you' card was placed. As nothing was placed near my door or postbox. My delivery instructions also say no signature required so I find it unbelievable to pay so much money to unreliable delivery companies that new York dresses works with.”
