“I received the package just now 11/26/24 approx 7:15-25 pm . When i opened the box it was the wrong color ! I ordered champagne but received purple color. I cannot wear this as the wedding motiff color required is Champagne and I will atand as one of the wedding godmother/sponsor. This is unacceptable. I need Champagne color. Let me know how to return and exchange for what I requested .”

“The dress I bought is very nice; however, I wore it for 4 hours and the metal shaping rods on the sides were not holding the shape. They all bent in different directions. The size wasn’t the problem. I went to the store to make sure I got something that fit well. The problem is poor quality and the price is very high. I wanted to exchange it but they said I couldn’t. All they offered me was 10% back to help with any alterations.”
