Dress arrived today. It did not fit and I immediately called for a return label. I was told that they don't do returns only store credits. This is rediculous! I will dispute the charge and never buy from this retailer again!

Buyer beware!!!! They false advertise that they have “easy returns” when in fact they DO NOT RETURN ANYTHING! They will only do an exchange and require you to pay for return shipping. Complete ripoff. Dress looked pretty online, showed up looking like a giant bathroom loofa. Tried to “easily return” to find out that they won’t return it at all. FALSE ADVERTISING AND SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES.

BE WARNED!!! Love the style and the color emerald, however, I feel they did not provide the right measurements. In addition, I wasn't aware returns should be made within 7 days of receiving the item AND they don't offer a refund, instead an exchange or store credit. Reputable companies offer a 30 day exchange or refund. Maybe promoting wrong measurements is a tactic. I will never order from this company again!

The listing said easy returns. After receiving the dress which is defective it says exchanges or store credit only. That is not a return. That is an exchange of credit. This is fake advertising. I need a refund.
