“The listing said easy returns. After receiving the dress which is defective it says exchanges or store credit only. That is not a return. That is an exchange of credit. This is fake advertising. I need a refund.”

“My stylist Kim Webb is second to none. She greeted us with a beautiful smile, and a friendly, but professional disposition. I showed her 2 dresses, she ended up liking the dress that I had been looking at for months. I tried it on, it was too big, she knew exactly what size to order. There should be more Kim’s in the world. What a great experience. I’ll definitely be back.”
