Medium stay car park ,car was in the middle of a construction site. The tarmac was removed around our car ,no dedicated foot path and very little lightning when walking down the middle of the road to access the car park at 10-30 pm.

Difficult to find parking space and when we eventually did the phone at bus stop 10 was out of order therefore had to walk to stop 9 a further 15 minutes before the bus arrived

Expensive and difficult to find spaces in the dark. Many areas closed off making it difficult to know where you can park. Many cars parked on side of road ways because of this with other areas empty.

Wish I could give a higher rating, but my wife an I were not impressed by the attitude of the driver of the courtesy bus! He alone gave a very poor impression on arriving back in the early hours. Perhaps drivers should be reminded that they are there to provide a service to fee paying members of the public, shouting at and making older passengers lift their cases up onto the higher racks when they clearly were struggling was a poor advert for you long stay car park.

On site fast track parking was very poor. Seems to be getting worse every time we use it, used to be a really good service but not now. Picked car up after it was dark and found damage to the vehicle the next day, too late to complain by then of course.

We find it very difficult to find spaces in the park better sighn posts would help we rang to get picked up in F6 only to be told it would take quite a while as we parked in a closed site but anothe 4 people parked next to us

Was offered upgrade to short stay carpark but when I got there I found it very difficult to find a space. If I had been running late I would have had to use the long stay ! If you are going to offer this upgrade then I suggest there should be a area put aside so that you are guaranteed a space

was asked if I wanted to upgrade to short term parking for an extra fee, I accepted but when I got to the airport \i drove round the carpark entirely and there were no spaces, had to park on the road round the carpark, adds to the anxiety - not happy

As with my last 2 stays at the car park 70% closed with access only available to the new over flow car park as always unable to gain access to the blue badge car park how to you access this if the section in which this is situated is always closed

Waited a good ten minutes plus for bus to turn up not sure why when it says 4 till 6 minutes then the driver was not much help either got back early hours morning pitch black not sure were we were in car parking not helping by saying what bus stop number we were at when pulling up to bus stops

good value for parking close by however everytime i use this service, it does not register that i have paid for my parking so have to wait for someone to answer the help call. This is frustrating as I have prebooked for a reason especially when the flight doesnt land until late.

Meet and greet is a bit misleading. Leave car in busy car park with no spaces, search for some one to attend to the car, and hope it gets taken care of, might be better. Also the £14.99 paid for valeting was a waste as it was not cleaned for pick up, so I have asked for that to be refunded.

Didn't think car parking was very organised. Cars were parked in unmarked bays causing difficulties getting around. Un-designated areas should be marked out and cars parking here should be removed or pay a penalty. Waited ages for a bus over 20 minutes wouldn't do that again as caused us to be late for check in. Exit from car park was good and quick.

We arrived at the airport carpark and it took 30 minutes to get to the terminal, we rang for the bus and were told it would be there asap, it came after about 10 minutes and then proceeded to stop at every bus stop even when there were no passengers, so the driver could change the full/spaces signs. On our arrival back the bus pulled away half empty even though a flight had just arrived and we had to walk to the far end of the car park for the 2nd time this year. The bus service lets the car park down.

Had to park some way from the airport on ground that desperately needs resurfacing - dragging large case(s) on wheels on a surface like that is not pleasant.

Handing over the car was just chaos, meet and greet was a joke I had to stand at the hut for 10 minutes to hand in my keys after finding a place to park, arrived back at 3 in the morning got my keys and was told your car is parked by the fence, I will not be parking at the airport again.

Had great difficulty finding a parking space as a lot of areas were full. This was at 07:40 in the morning. Managed to park after driving round a couple of times. On my return home after the holiday noticed a 8 inch dent in my near side front wing which I am now waiting to get a quote for. Ive used the airport parking over the last six years for holidays and this is the first time I have had problems

Departure from Newcastle was very good with the courtesy bus arriving promptly..Return into Newcastle very, very poor.. We arrived shortly after 5pm and only 1 courtesy bus on duty after 5pm..Waited a very long time for bus and when it arrived the bus was full of passengers with luggage ..By the time they disembarked from the bus , we had to wait for the new passengers to embark with their luggage which took forever..SOLOUTION —More buses required after 5pm !!!!!
