“Same guests, same talking points by every host and every guest (for example, mandate by the American people), program after program beginning at 6:30 AM. Same story line continues on throughout the week and “recaps” on the weekend. Cancelled subscription because, unless there is breaking news, need only watch from 6:30 AM to 7:00 AM and you are caught up to speed.”
“Newsmax needs new commercials... And there's way too many... Half of our subscription that we pay every month goes to commercials! The same old commercials for over a year or better are not that important to interrupt the news. I realize I'm only one of millions, but I need to be heard. If others read my review, they may agree with me...”
“Although I love Newsmax overall I do have a few comments about certain shows.
First, I cannot watch Greta VanSusteran. She interrupts her guests and talks so fast that she slurs her words. I don't know why she still has a show. I didn't watch her when she was on FOX and am sorry to see her come to Newsmax. Second, I enjoy the back and forth format of The Right Squad but Jason Nichols is annoying. It's not because he's a liberal, I can handle that. What bothers me is his condescending manner when he weighs in on a topics. He always tries to refocus the conversation and his attitude is infuriating. The whole show he sits and stares at his hands and very seldom smiles. He acts like he is doing the others a favor by being there. I'm always happy when he's not on the show. Lastly, what's wrong with your app?? It freezes up, makes me reload the app and I'm paying for this? Come on folks, work out the glitches in your software if you are gonna charge for the service. In spite of these annoyances I am a loyal viewwe and love Newsmax. ❤️”
“David Harris Jr has the best show for informative news stories with guests that are well educated and well informed. I honestly feel like I'm getting real trustworthy news. He is upper level, Walter Cronkite level.”
“Bought a newer Samsung tv had a lot of difficulty loading app. Finally after 3 months later I see I had the app. Since then everytime I open I have to manually logon. Too much bs.”
“Great coverage in the evenings. Daytime hosts are improving and becoming more polished. But the minutes devoted ti commercials and American Moments makes Newsmax unwatchable. They are so greedy about airing as many commercials as possible. The commercials even cut off the hosts mid-sentence. It’s ridiculous. And a shame.”
“I love Newsmax, but what is going on with the app I am paying $5 a month for? It freezes, goes offline and I have to sign back in, or starts playing historical shorts over and over again. I asked for a partial refund since this happens every day, and the snotty kid on the phone said that he couldn't do that, that he could only cancel my subscription. Wow, what crappy customer service. Not only are the representatives very rude and uninterested in your problem, but to not offer compensation for the poor service and numerous outages. Very disappointing Newsmax.”
“I absolutely love Newsmax. It's basically the only thing I watch. It's fair and informative.
My only complaint is the streamline app. It very frequently stalls, freezes, and even plays 2 things at the same time. I'm very frustrated.”
“I loved Newsmax when it started. I even paid for a subscription. What the heck happened to it? 5 minutes of news etc. 20 minutes of the same commercials over, and over, and over again. I can’t stand it. Then they put on that horrible American Moments! Why do I. Want to see Men landing on the moon from 1972? Rosa Parks, Ronald Reagan and the BerlinWall? All antiquated information over, and over again.
Cancelling my subscription.. Going back to FOX.”
“You as a company choose your employees, and it’s disgusting the kind of employee that you have. I can not put into words on how inhumane your employee is. It is concerning on how triggered he is by the people who made those tacos. You guys (I’m talking not only about the employee but you as a company) just want everything handed to you. What I mean by that is, you want others countries to make it for you and then complain that their taking over. Why are you so bothered by other people. I honestly want too know why, you say they are criminals but ignore the fact that it’s not just criminals.”
