“I love Newsmax, but what is going on with the app I am paying $5 a month for? It freezes, goes offline and I have to sign back in, or starts playing historical shorts over and over again. I asked for a partial refund since this happens every day, and the snotty kid on the phone said that he couldn't do that, that he could only cancel my subscription. Wow, what crappy customer service. Not only are the representatives very rude and uninterested in your problem, but to not offer compensation for the poor service and numerous outages. Very disappointing Newsmax.”

“I loved Newsmax when it started. I even paid for a subscription. What the heck happened to it? 5 minutes of news etc. 20 minutes of the same commercials over, and over, and over again. My favorite Newsmax hosts are Rob Schmitt and Rob Finnerty. I liked Greg Kelly until he repeatedly attacked Pete Segheth as Trump pick for Sec of Defense. He lost me as a supporter at that point. It’s fine to express your opinion. Once is fine. But repeatedly as if trying to sway his viewers became infuriating.
How does Greta Van Susteren have a prime host spot??? I watched her when she was on Fox News years ago. She wasn’t solid then. She needs to be replaced with a much stronger host. Like a Tucker Carlson type.
And why is Jason Nichols a regular on The Right Squad? There are times when I need to leave the Newsmax app when he puts a false left spin on things, doesn’t stay on topic, instead using the opportunity to talk about what he wants to talk about, etc. Fortunately other hosts call him out. Too frustrating to watch sometimes.”
“Same here. I am sick and tired of the American Moments, I have them all memorized! Their tech department is lousey, as they can't seem to fix the issue with FireTV constantly shutting down! I don't want to go back to FNC but I'd like to be able to watch it all day without problems. Good GAWD this is 2025, right?”
