“I inadvertently placed an order not knowing that the wrong delivery address was indicated. I immediately sent an email asking to have the delivery address changed. I sent another email the very next morning. I finally received an email that afternoon stating that the order was labeled, but not sent and could not change the address and I had to contact USPD. I contacted USPD in Milpitas, CA. and CO. After a few phone calls they told me they couldn’t change the address and for me to request to return to sender. Now I see an email saying Nexgen refuse package and sent it back to 3040 Teller St. Wheatridge, CO. 80033. I am currently at 2245 Shiloh Ave. Milpitas, CA. 95035, where all my other purchases were sent. This is where I want the package sent as I directed again once I knew the package was returned.”
