“The items were very well priced and seem to be of good quality. The turnaround was quick and the service good. The one nitpick I will offer is that although they emailed me to say the order was complete, they didn't actually say that it had been dispatched. Not the end of the world but it meant that I missed the first delivery attempt! Apart from that everything is OK!”

Little bit of an unfair review. The fact you returned your item back to our warehouse with no note or copy of your invoice enclosed delayed the returns process and was only aware you posted this back to us when you called. I have sent you an email before you have left review confirming your refund has been processed and will reflect back on your original payment card within 3-5 working days.
