I had a fall in next store in Liverpool Speke the store manager Dean and his team were exceptional so professional Dean was so helpful got ice packs stayed with me put a screen round helped me get myself together escorted me to my car I have osteoporosis got my daughter who was waiting in car and followed by a phone call a couple of days later to see how I was such a lovely Man team like a well oiled machine thank you

Placed an order and accidentally ordered the wrong size for one of the t-shirts, I immediately called to have the size switched and there was absolutely no willingness to do so. I was told I could return the shirt for a full refund, but what they don't share over the phone or through chat is they deduct $7. Very disappointed, affordable and cute all cotton clothing is hard to find, will not be shopping here anymore.

Completely rob off you, never refund all money are due to. I contacted them & they blamed Paypal, have placed a dispute. Anyone who gives a decent review either has never returned or if they have, have just taken 1 or 2 items into local store. Items are poorer quality nowadays also.

I visited Next Gallows corner , was helped byLeona , I wanted placemats for my grandsons … Although showed in stock said on shop floor . Leona walked round the whole dept looking for and found them for me. She was so helpful and nice . I would like her help to be acknowledged by her Manager Thank you Maggie Cole

bought a pair of trousers on Wednesday 15/09/21 at Castle Point, Bournemouth. We waited in all day Thursday and Friday but no parcel arrived. It is now Saturday and we are still waiting. This is not acceptable.

On Next website it says: If you wish to return your parcel by post, please call 0333 777 4574 and have your Selfserve number ready. We will send you a pre-paid returns label. Be CAREFULL the returns are NOT FREE, the will deduct £2 from your refund!!! They are MISLEADING customers!!!

I bought a pair of petite jeans online. I have only wore them once. I don't know if its the shape/cut of the jeans but they are fraying at the back. I wanted to purchase another pair and thought since I'm in Glasgow I will pop into the store and get some advice on the different style of jeans BAD MISTAKE..... When I approached a sales assistant we both had masks on space between us and when I asked for help she took 2 steps back and as i tried to explain what I was looking for she kept interrupting me. I finally told her to forget it and walk out the store she was not professional at all. I will not be back in that store.

Ordered some items online and realized that I used a wrong address. Contacted next within 10 minutes asking to cancel the order. Was assured that the order was cancelled. In 3 days they delivered the good to a wrong address and charged me. Has been two weeks, still cannot get the money back from them. Customer services are useless. Chat always disconnects, when customer services promise something to you they do not actually do it.

Yes Next was amazing after 2 weeks of shopping I found a dress at Next on line Not sure about the lipsy sizes I ordered a 18 , knowing sometimes the shop sizes are not always correct Love the dress 👗 looked so perfect for the wedding reckons the dress the martial was beautiful

Poor, looked as if I had purchased it years ago.after1 week, £1500 , bad back ,stiff neck and shoulders and 2 visits to a chiro I gave in and sold it on. The only good thing I can say is their delivery men were spot on and delivered good service.

Ordered a “Radcliffe” classic door mat from Next… It arrived… and it’s broken. The rubber is ripped and generally in very poor condition.

Bought the Hampton bedroom furniture chalk white which is good quaity but not cheap on the pretext of buying the bed to match a was not in stock at the time, it vanished from your web site and newest brouchure ! now after talking to sales staff in the shop who informed me while still selling the furniture stopped selling the bed with no warning! So left with £2000.00 of new (less than a year old) bedroom furniture that will not match anybed properly which was the intention !
