“Friendly helpful staff. Always apologise if you have been waiting for along time to pay. on-line collection - excellent service and also if you are returning anything. This is all in one place. Quality of clothes is great - my favourite place to shop.”

“Furniture delivery was efficient. A pre-call was arranged which was extremely helpful. the delivery team were neat and tidy and very polite and had plastic booties on when inside. The assembly team were brilliant and really quick.”

“They always let you know online what is in stock or when there is a delay. You can order online and collect instore or pay £20 for an annual fee to have Next unlimited and order items to be delivered to your home or workplace as long as your order is for at least £10 per each time that you order. Most items can be delivered next day too.”
