“Once again my experience with next has been outstanding from customer services picking up orders and returning items not suitable, I was really wanting an item and the male upstairs at brotherhood was so helpful and patient with me . Nothing is to much trouble for the guys at this store , it’s a pleasure being served , it was so busy on my visit but they were lovely lads ! Thankyou 😀👍”

“I have shopped with Next in store and online for 15 years plus and can honestly say I have had the best customer service I have ever received, they are brilliant and help with every single thing, the staff are well trained and go above and beyond to always make my shopping experience inspiring. The quality of the merchandise are exceptional, however if for any reason I am disappointed or the items I buy do not meet my expectations, they resolve everything, quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend shopping with Next and I have nothing but praise for the company, it's staff and it's lasting legacy. Thanks for 15 years of exceptional service and products. I would give you 10 stars if I could. Here's to another 15 years of shopping with Next.”

“I visited your store in Gloucester today unfortunately my face mask broke I asked an assistant if you had any in store she couldn’t find 1 but asked me to wait whilst she checked outside she came back with a mask. She was so pleasant and helpful her name was Katy F I couldn’t thank her enough how pleasant to find such helpful assistance’s still exist. Thanks Katy”

“I am very happy with my resent experience shopping at your uxbridge branch. Thank you Tara for going above and beyond with my purchase of my Christmas tree. Even though she was busy she took time to speak to me. She is polite, friendly and has excellent customer service. And thank you to the management for letting me have the last tree that was in the window display and was decorated beautifully and had to be taken down and repacked in the box because I wanted that one and they had sold out.”

“I had a fall in next store in Liverpool Speke the store manager Dean and his team were exceptional so professional Dean was so helpful got ice packs stayed with me put a screen round helped me get myself together escorted me to my car I have osteoporosis got my daughter who was waiting in car and followed by a phone call a couple of days later to see how I was such a lovely Man team like a well oiled machine thank you”

“I visited Next Gallows corner , was helped byLeona , I wanted placemats for my grandsons … Although showed in stock said on shop floor .
