“Have been purchasing clothes from Next for the past three years and love their range of both women's and men's clothing. I also love that they have a wonderful range of wide fitting shoes. Service is outstanding, I actually receive my parcels quicker from them in the UK, than from many stores in Australia!”

“Excellent service. Received my beautiful sofa and chair this morning, 6days from ordering, who else could beat that. I was kept informed regarding delivery with many emails and texts, a telephone call from the very pleasant delivery guys saying the definite time they would be with me. The tracker was brilliant. Delivered and all packaging removed. Well done the Next team and especially the delivery guys.”

“Fantastic service in all areas. Regular mail updates, accurate delivery tracking and a top quality service on arrival. The delivery chaps were really friendly and efficient in terms of loading out and assembly. Small things like wearing over shoes and excellent customer interaction make a big impression. I can’t praise NEXT enough for the impeccable service given. A lot of other companies should take a look at what real service looks like by following their lead”

“Although they supplied a product ( Table and Chairs) that were not the quality I would expect, they acted swiftly and timely to have the items replaced. The app that allows you to follow the delivery drivers was particularly useful”

“I made an on-line click and collect purchase from Next in Church Street Liverpool a straight forward and easy process! I collected my order a Gorgeous faux Sheepskin aviator jacket to-day Sunday 15th September 2019. I was advised by the very friendly/helpful assistant (with whom I returned an unwanted item to without any fuss), that I would have to go to the next floor to collect my parcel. I told her that I was concerned because I can't use descending escalators so she very precisely directed me to the lifts and reassured me that everything would be ok. When I arrived at the next floor the lady on the Customer Services desk was also very friendly and helpful. Your staff and your clothes etc. are a credit to your store, the staff deserve to be recognised for their Excellent Customer Service!! Many thanks.”
