This was fine as was my choice and a refund was offered had I not been willing to wait. Good price for Brembo brakes. Only improvement would have been to provide updates on delivery date (I had to ask). Overall very happy and would use again - Thanks.”
“Your payment system needs to be looked into as I thought I had made a mistake and your system told me my transaction had failed! I then went on another 5 times trying to get the payment through, thinking it was me. Your system did infact take five payments which I had lots of problems getting back from my bank.
I have to say thank you to Kate for her professionalism and support over the matter, you should give her a pay rise.”
“Items ordered (front and rear discs and pads ) were received the next day but there was an item missing, which was due to a picking error in the warehouse.
This missing item was received the following day.
I am very happy with the service received and having to contact the sales team with regards to the missing item, this was dealt with very quickly with a very apologetic response.
I would have no reservations recommending this company to others.
