“Very happy with the service. I wanted the CND vinylux polishes and was happy that there was an extensive colour choice and majority were in stock. I did pay for next day delivery and it did arrive on time even in the current climate.”

Thank you for your review We are a small family business and I would like to address the issue you had. As we mention on all CND Shellac pages the plastic insert that the bottle sits in we do not send out. If we were to send this out the package would not be able to travel as large letter and would have to go as a Parcel which is over double the price for shipping and would mean the product going up by at least £2. Some people would not mind paying it, but the majority would rather not have the small plastic insert and have the reduction. Thank you NP

“Received my order very promptly and was well packaged. Website was easy to navigate. Every aspect was great. Good stock of colours. My only very small bug bear would be that firstly the CND remover was out of stock which is annoying as I wanted to use the whole brand. Secondly, and mainly, although I appreciate the free cuticle oil and gel polish, the gel polish is a much cheaper/inferior brand to that of my order. It would be far more logical to receive a free brand matched item to my order. I would recommend using Nicely Polished.”

“Great Google positioning, my daughter is a beauty therapist. I found Nicely Polished cheaper for OPI Gels than where I normally buy from and their first class post option is quick. Will be switching to Nicely Polished from now on :-) thank you!”

Hi Andrew, We do not get a lot of time to reply to reviews but saw this and wanted to say a quick thank you :) Royal Mail have been taking considerably longer to deliver in some cases, but with us you can be sure if the order is received before midday it will leave us the very same day. “Perfect colours! Fast delivery, I ordered on Sunday and it came first thing on Tuesday ! And there was a free cuticle oil gift in my order too, wasn’t expecting that and it smells amazing :) my go-to for CND !!”

Hi, You ordered at 5.15pm on the Thursday. It was despatched on Friday using your chosen delivery method of 2nd class and you have left a 2 star review on the Monday. In the current climate especially, this is extremely harsh and should you have wanted any update then our contact details are on all correspondence and would have been a far more appropriate form of contact given your chosen delivery method. Royal Mail are taking considerably longer in some cases to deliver but even if they were not, I would not have expected your item to arrive on Monday, when it was despatched on the Friday.
