I made several enquiries before my purchase and immediately spoke with the owner of the company who not only alleviated my fears re fake shellac polishes but explained with a genuine passion her desire to providing authentic genuine shellac polishes and associated accessories. I have placed my first order and am well happy. Advice was fantastic and delivery first class, received my order next day. Loved the fact Jen is always accessible for any queries, help and advise! Would highly recommend and have done so and the site is in my favourites to continue purchasing ! Well happy, thank you Jen. !!”

“I've never ordered from nicely polished, so was a bit wary like I always am when ordering from new websites. However after reading many good reviews I was assured I'd receive a good service. I was actually pleasantly surprised at just how good it was. I only ordered the one item under £50 but qualified for free tracked next day delivery, I recieved an email the following morning informing me in what 1 hour time slot my parcel would arrive and indeed it did! Very impressed, and will definitely be ordering from nicely polished again.”

“I was very happy with the speed of delivery however I ordered the CND shellac crimson sash and on your website it is a purple however wen I have received it it's a burgundy red which is similar to the masquerade I also ordered so was disappointed the photo on the website showed it as being purple.”
